Do you write the captions, or is this AI?
Phase 1 is human-written. Editors who specialize in each vertical write every caption. AI-generated content in your practice voice is the Phase 2/3 roadmap — once we have brand voice data per customer.
What if I run a multi-specialty clinic?
Stack vaults. Each vault is its own $29/month subscription. A derm who owns a med spa subscribes to both. A dental practice doing ortho stacks the cosmetic-dentistry vault + ortho hooks.
Are the before/after templates compliant?
Yes. Our plastic-surgery vault is reviewed with board-certified input. Cosmetic dentistry and med spa templates follow current best practice for patient-image consent and disclosure language.
How long does this take per month?
Ten minutes is the median. Open the app on the first, copy the captions you want, paste them into whatever scheduler you use. Some customers post all 30 in a single Sunday-morning batch.
Can I cancel?
Yes. No annual contract, no cancellation calls, no retention emails. If you stop seeing value, stop. The button is in settings.
