The service
Mintdrop sells specialty-vault subscriptions. Each subscription delivers a 30-post content calendar — captions, hashtags, and post templates — for the specialty you select, drawn from a published library and (in later phases) personalized to your practice voice.
Subscription and billing
Vaults are $29 USD per vault per month, billed by Stripe on the same day each month. You can subscribe to multiple vaults; each is billed separately. There is no annual contract, no setup fee, and no auto-upgrade to higher tiers.
Cancellation
You can cancel any vault at any time from in-app settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep access through the period you've paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds on partially used months.
Permitted use
Mintdrop content is licensed to your practice for unlimited use on your owned social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, email newsletters, your own website). You may not resell, sublicense, or repackage Mintdrop captions as a competing content service.
Customer responsibility
Mintdrop captions are reviewed for compliance with current ADA, ASPS, FDA, and FTC marketing guidance. You are responsible for any modifications you make and for the accuracy of claims you add to a caption. You are also responsible for obtaining required patient-image consents for any before/after content you post — our templates provide the consent-language frame; the signature collection is on you.
Compliance scope
Mintdrop content focuses on cosmetic, elective, and aesthetic procedures. We do not generate prescription or off-label medication marketing. We do not generate weight-loss or pre-procedure-result claims that violate FTC endorsement guidance.
Service availability
We target 99% monthly uptime for the Mintdrop app. New drops ship on the 1st of each month by 9am US Eastern. If a drop is delayed beyond 48 hours, that month's billing is credited.
Account termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms (reselling captions, abuse, fraud). Termination is communicated by email and refunds for the current month are issued unless the termination is for fraud.
Limitation of liability
Mintdrop is provided as-is. Our liability is capped at the subscription fees paid in the trailing 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of Mintdrop content on your social accounts.
Changes to these terms
We'll update this page when our terms change. Material changes get a heads-up email at least 30 days before they take effect.
